How We
Actually
Run This Place.

We're a 9-person firm by choice. We say no to about 60% of inbound and to about 95% of inbound that comes in via "growth-hacker" introductions. Here's how we actually run a tight, candid PR shop.

  • One Friday all-hands per week — every account on a one-page status. Cameras on, for everyone.
  • Two-week silent period before any contract. We reply, but slowly, on purpose, to test the fit.
  • Senior partners read every press report before it goes out. No automated summary tools. We re-read them out loud.
  • We close the firm one full week in August. The phones forward to Reza only for genuine crises.
  • We will fire a client who is rude to a journalist. That has happened twice, both at the Megaphone tier.
  • We pay associates above the going rate and we do not bill their hours separately. The retainer is the deal.
