Do you guarantee placements?

No, and run very fast away from anyone who does. PR is a high-effort, high-skill craft and the most a reputable shop can guarantee is the work — pitch quality, follow-up, and reporter access. That said, our hit rate over 412 placements last year is something we are happy to stand behind.

Will I work with the partners or with juniors?

You will have a senior partner as your day-to-day lead at the Loud and Megaphone tiers, and a junior associate doing logistics and follow-up. At the Whisper tier, an associate leads with senior partner supervision. We don't run a "bait-and-switch" model.

What kinds of clients do you not take?

We turn down crypto-adjacent token projects, defense contractors, and any work that requires us to obscure who actually owns the thing. We have also passed on work for any company in active litigation against a journalist on our list.

Can I rent the press list for a single push?

Yes — the quarterly rental can be used as a single-push tool, although you will get more out of it if you space your pitches across the three months. We will not pitch on your behalf during a list-rental engagement.

Do you take equity in lieu of fees?

Occasionally, for specific founder-led brands at the Loud tier, we will discount up to 30% of fees in exchange for a small equity grant. The conversation has to happen at the contract stage and we cap our portfolio at six equity engagements at any time.
