Stone, timber, and the long way around.

Your Business is a high-end residential general contractor working the Hudson Valley between Beacon and Hudson. We take on six houses a year — custom builds, additions, and full restorations of pre-war stock — and we keep the same crew on the wall from foundation to final walk-through.

What we build

Five disciplines, one crew.

We do not subcontract framing, finish carpentry, or project management. Specialists like masons, electricians, and HVAC partners are long-standing — most have been on every job since 2014.
Svc 01

Custom builds

Ground-up single-family homes from $1.5M, working with your architect or one of our two preferred design partners.

Svc 02

Additions

Wings, second-stories, and ADU outbuildings designed to match the existing structure's vintage and material.

Svc 03

Renovations

Whole-house renovations with selective demolition. Always with structural engineering and a code-survey first.

Svc 04

Kitchens & baths

Single-room work over $250K that justifies trade-quality cabinetry, plaster, plumbing, and electrical refit.

Svc 05

Restoration

Pre-1900 farmhouses, mill structures, and historic district work coordinated with local preservation boards.

How we run a job

Four phases, printed and signed.

Every project follows the same documented sequence. You receive a phase report at each handover with photos, hours logged, and a line-item budget reconciliation.

Book a ninety-minute consultation at the site.

We meet on the property — yours, your lot, or the house under consideration — and walk through condition, scope, and rough cost ranges. No obligation. Two consultations a week, booked four weeks out.

Architect blueprints with hard hat
They built our house the way they would have built their own. We watched the foundation go in on a Tuesday in March and we cooked Christmas dinner in the new kitchen twenty months later. Every promise was kept on paper.
