Two consultations a week, booked four weeks ahead. One principal and one project manager. Plan on ninety minutes on-site plus another half-hour at your kitchen table. We do not bring a laptop. We bring a measuring tape, a notebook, and questions.

What happens next

Within 1 business day — A principal calls you to confirm scope and book a window.
Week 1–4 — We schedule the on-site walk; we ask for plans, surveys, deeds you have.
Within 14 days of the walk — Written feasibility memo with three rough budget tiers.
If we're a fit — We begin Phase 02, design alignment & GMP pricing.
