Branded + non-brand search structured to converge bid signals at the ad-group level. We rebuild query → keyword → ad triads from scratch in week 2.
Shopping + feed
Merchant Center hygiene and feed transforms. Most accounts hand us a feed with 22% of items disapproved. Our job is to bring that to zero and re-tier the rest.
Performance Max
PMax done as if it were a black box that you'd stake real money on. We treat asset groups as portfolios, isolate signal, and report the variance.
YT + demand-gen
Upper-funnel where the math actually works. We won't sell you brand-awareness vibes — we measure view-through to assisted conversion at 14d window or we kill it.
Tracking + attribution
If your conversions are wrong everything else is theater. We rebuild the GA4 ↔ Ads ↔ server-side stack and pipe first-party signals into your bid models.
Scripts + automation
42 in-house Google Ads scripts deployed across the book. Anomaly alerts, budget pacing, n-gram negatives, geo throttle, competitor IS monitor.
Reporting + readouts
Friday markdown report. Monthly Looker dashboard. Quarterly board-ready slide. No "agency template" — written for an operator who has 9 minutes.
In-house enablement
For accounts that want to graduate. We run the desk for 9–12 months, then transition the playbooks to your in-house hire and step back to advisory retainer.

You keep the account. You revoke us in two clicks. We never ask for a login or 2FA code. Here's how the read/write split works during onboarding.

Do you do SEO, social, email?
No. Google Ads only. We refer SEO to a partner desk; we don't run their book and they don't touch ours.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA before the audit. Custom NDAs reviewed in 48h.
Do you take a % of spend?
No. Flat monthly retainer. % of spend creates the wrong incentive — we'd be paid more to spend more.
What's your minimum spend?
$25k/mo blended Google Ads spend. Below that, our retainer is more than the upside.
Lock-in?
Month-to-month. 30 days notice. We've never enforced a contract clause.
Do you white-label?
For two boutique partners only. Not currently accepting new white-label work.
