Billing questions_
Why flat fee instead of % of spend?
% of spend creates an incentive misalignment: the agency makes more money the more you spend, regardless of whether spending more is the right call. We took the flat-fee model from financial advisors with AUM caps — predictable revenue, no incentive to inflate.
What if my spend doubles mid-engagement?
If you cross into a higher tier band for two consecutive months we have a tier-up conversation. Going under the band, you tier down. Mid-quarter changes are pro-rated.
Do you ever take a percentage of media buys?
No. We are not a media-buying agency, and we never insert ourselves in the payment flow. You pay Google directly with your card. We touch the account, not your money.
Can I cancel after a bad month?
Yes. 30-day written notice. No clawback, no exit fee, no off-boarding charge. We hand you the playbooks, scripts, and Looker dashboards on the way out. We've never enforced a contract clause.
Net-60 billing for enterprise?
Yes for Enterprise tier ($500k+/mo spend). For all other tiers we bill ACH Net-15 from the 1st of the month.
Will you sign a custom MSA?
Enterprise only. We use a standard mutual MSA for all other tiers; redlines reviewed in 5 business days. Most legal teams find our terms boring on purpose.
Discount for annual prepay?
No. Predictable monthly is the entire point. Annual prepay would only nudge us toward "stick around" instead of "perform monthly."
Affiliate / referral fee?
10% of first-year retainer for verified referrals from operators we already trust. We don't run open-affiliate programs.
What's the smallest account you'll take?
$25k/mo blended Google Ads spend. Below that, our $2,400 retainer eats too much of your upside. We can refer you to one of two boutique partners we trust at sub-$25k spend.
