Can I list multiple therapists with different specialties?+
Yes — the therapist-bench primitive supports 1 to 30+ clinicians, each with their own detail page. Filters by specialty / modality / insurance / population help prospective clients self-route. Pre-built for group practices specifically.
How do you handle the 'are you accepting clients?' question?+
Each therapist card has a status pill (Accepting / Waitlist / Not accepting) you can toggle in the builder. Filters can hide therapists who aren't accepting, so the directory always feels current. Status is editable in 10 seconds when capacity changes.
What about HIPAA, BAA, and intake-form data handling?+
DesignSnipe sites are static HTML — the form posts to your endpoint. For HIPAA-protected intake, route the form to a HIPAA-compliant intake vendor (SimplePractice intake link, TherapyNotes form, Jane App). The website doesn't store PHI itself; it's the front door, not the EHR. We surface a 'HIPAA-compliant intake' link directly in the form copy.
Can I add a 'crisis resources' page or banner?+
Yes — built-in primitive. Banner ribbon at the top of the site, dedicated /crisis-resources page (988, Crisis Text Line, local mobile crisis), and a footer-pinned crisis line. The intake form also surfaces these above the submit button by default.
Will the site handle BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent specialty filters cleanly?+
Yes — therapist cards support multi-select 'populations served' tags including affirming-practice flags. The filter UI is non-shaming and uses the client-facing terminology, not internal clinical shorthand. Editable in the builder if your practice uses different wording.
