Can I migrate my existing Wix site to DesignSnipe?+
Yes — but not as a one-click import. Wix doesn't allow direct export of source files, so the cleanest path is to use our builder to recreate the structure (which takes ~10 minutes), copy your content over, and point your domain to the new ZIP-hosted site. Most people end up with a faster, cleaner version.
What about Wix App Market features I rely on?+
It depends on the app. For booking, payments, forms, chat, and analytics we either ship native blocks or let you embed any third-party widget. Truly Wix-specific apps (multi-vendor marketplaces, certain loyalty programs) won't come with you — that's a real trade-off worth knowing up front.
Is the export really mine, or is there a license catch?+
It's really yours. The exported ZIP is plain HTML, CSS, and image assets — no runtime, no license key, no phone-home. Host it anywhere, fork it, hand it to a developer. We don't track it after download.
Will my site still get updates after I export?+
Static export is a snapshot. If you stay on our hosted plan, you get ongoing tweaks via the builder. If you exported, you can always come back, edit, and re-export — or hand the files to a developer. Both paths are first-class.
How does SEO compare to Wix?+
Static HTML is generally faster to crawl and easier to rank than the heavier Wix runtime, especially on mobile Core Web Vitals. We bake in clean meta tags, sensible heading structure, and per-page titles. Wix's SEO is fine in 2026 — but it's not a reason to pay monthly.
