Every senior here has personally owned a P&L line at a DTC brand. We don't hire ex-agency leads who've never had to defend a number to a CFO.

If you can't explain it to the founder, it's wrong.

Our deliverables are written for operators, not academics. If a model can't be explained to a founder in twenty minutes, the model isn't finished yet.

Capacity over scale.

No senior runs more than three retainers at a time. The capped consultancy is a deliberate constraint, and it's why we have the retention curve we have.
