Do you take equity in lieu of fees?

No. We've declined six equity-only engagements since 2021. Cash retainers force discipline on both sides — when fees are real, scope is real, and decisions are made on the merits, not the cap table.

What's the minimum commitment?

Six months on every tier. Compounding programs need at least two reporting quarters to show signal versus noise; engagements shorter than six months reliably underperform and we don't take them.

Will you work with brands under $1M ARR?

No. Below $1M, the constraint is product-market fit, not paid acquisition. We can't solve the right problem for those founders, and we won't pretend otherwise. Refer-out list available on request.

Do you handle the creative production?

We brief and direct. Tier · operator and tier · principal include in-house production retainers (4 / 12 concepts per month respectively). Tier · founder briefs your existing creative team or a vetted external partner.

Can you guarantee a specific ROAS?

No, and you should walk from any consultancy that does. We guarantee process: the protocol in section 05 of the methodology page runs every quarter, every client. The numbers on the results page are what that protocol has produced — not promises.
