Same five coaches across every track. The class cap is real — fourteen on the floor at any time, never sixteen, never twenty.
The flagship hour. Programmed in eight-week cycles built around a primary strength piece — back squat, deadlift, bench, push-press — paired with a daily conditioning piece and one accessory finisher. Six classes a day from 5:30 AM to 7 PM. Fourteen-athlete cap. Every coach scales every WOD down to a Rx-zero option that the day-one beginner can hit safely.
Snatch and clean & jerk only — no metcon, no cardio, no accessory mixed in. Two ninety-minute coached blocks per week (Tuesday 5:30 PM, Saturday 9 AM) led by Jakob, USAW Level 2. Programmed in twelve-week meet preps when athletes are pointing at the Bend Open or state qualifiers. Open to existing CrossFit-class members and outside Oly lifters. Add-on, $60 / month over base.
Run, row, bike intervals built for hybrid athletes who want their conditioning to do something. Wednesday 5:30 AM and Saturday 8 AM. Heart-rate-zone programmed by Mateo (USATF Level 1, sub-3 marathon, 4× Hyrox podium). Eighteen athletes max. Free for unlimited-tier members; drop-in $20 for class-pack members.
Two age tiers — Caldera Kids (ages 7–11, Tue/Thu 4 PM) and Caldera Teens (ages 12–16, Tue/Thu 5 PM). Coached by Reyna and Mateo. Equal parts barbell skill development, gymnastic foundations, and capacity work — built so the kid coming through doesn't burn out by twenty. Twelve athletes per class.
The four-week onboarding cohort. Twice a week, ninety minutes per session, capped at fourteen athletes. You'll learn the nine foundational movements — squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, medicine ball clean — and run a baseline benchmark in week four. Required for every new member. Runs the first week of every month.
A forty-five-minute coached mobility class on Sundays at 10 AM led by Rosa. Joint capsule work, breath, soft tissue, and active range — everything the heavy week takes out of your hips and thoracic spine. Free for unlimited members. The single highest-correlation class with members who stay past year three.
