Confirmation

You'll get a text within ten minutes. Calendar invite to your email. Coach name and time confirmed.

Day-of arrival

Park out front, walk in through the orange door. Reception will point you to the coach. Arrive five minutes early.

The session

Movement screen first, then a couple of light working sets so the coach can see how you move under load.
