Four weeks of small-group fundamentals. The non-negotiable first month — the cohort that turns the brand-new athlete into someone safe under a barbell.

Eight ninety-minute coached sessions over four weeks, capped at fourteen athletes, run by Reyna and Mateo. You'll learn the nine foundational movements — squat, front squat, overhead squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, medicine ball clean — and run a baseline benchmark in week four.

No fine print. The answers below are how it actually runs.

// q01What if I'm brand-new?

Then you're on the right page. Every member runs the four-week On-Ramp first. You don't need to be in shape — you need to be able to walk for thirty minutes. We do the rest.

// q02Do I need to commit a year?

No. Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel any month with thirty days' notice — that's the only contract. No initiation fee. No yearly contract.

// q03What if I get hurt?

You can freeze your membership for up to ninety days a year for injury, travel, or pregnancy. Email Reyna and it's done in twenty-four hours.

// q04Can my partner share?

No. Each member needs their own membership — but family rate (-20%) applies to two or more household members on the same Stripe account, automatically.

// q05Is there an enrollment fee?

No. The On-Ramp ($199 flat) is the only one-time charge — and the program itself is the value, not a gatekeeper. After that, just monthly.

// q06What's the cancellation policy?

Email or in-person notice, thirty days. We'll pro-rate the final month. No clawbacks, no fees, no friction. The door swings both ways.
