Trip 01 · Inshore Inshore flats fishing
4-Hour Inshore · Salt Cure

4-Hour
Inshore.

$675 base · $50/angler over 2 · 4 angler max

The shallow-water trip. We launch at sunrise, run the marshes and back-bay flats around Bogue Sound, and target whatever is feeding hardest that morning — usually red drum, speckled trout, and flounder, with Spanish mackerel running the inlet in summer. No swells, no seasick stories.

Ideal for first-timers, families, and folks who want to be back at the dock by lunch with two coolers of fillets.

8-Hour Offshore · Hull Truth

8-Hour
Offshore.

$1,650 base · $100/angler over 4 · 6 angler max

The flagship. We leave the inlet by 6 AM, run 35–55 miles to the gulf stream, and put baits behind the boat for whatever's pulling — mahi-mahi, wahoo, blackfin tuna, and a real shot at white marlin and sailfish from June through September. Mix of trolling, deep-jigging, and live-baiting.

Built for serious anglers, bachelor parties, and groups of friends who want a full saltwater day with a bag of fish to show for it.

Charter FAQ

Before you book.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund 14+ days before charter. 50% refund 7–13 days out. Inside 7 days the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll reschedule once for any weather-related cancel — no charge. The captain has the final call on weather.

Do we keep the fish?

Inshore and offshore: keep your legal limit, cleaned and bagged at the dock. Overnight tuna: same — except billfish and any species over its NC bag limit, which are tagged and released. We never sell client catch.

What about kids and gear?

Inshore is great for ages 6+. Offshore we recommend 12+ unless they're already saltwater-experienced. We provide all rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, and your fishing license. Bring food, drinks, and a hat. Don't bring bananas — captain's rules.

What if the weather rolls?

If we cancel for safety, you reschedule at no charge or get a full refund. If you cancel inside 7 days for non-weather reasons we keep the deposit. Mahi run regardless of clouds, so don't write off a gray morning.

Can we charter more than one boat?

Yes — for groups of 8+ we'll run two inshores or one inshore plus the offshore. See the corporate page for details, or call us and we'll build the day around your group size.
