1.5 oz Sea Salt Gin · 0.5 oz Vida mezcal · 0.5 oz lime · 0.25 oz demerara · oak chip
Shake all but mezcal hard. Float mezcal on top. Smoke a small oak chip and tent the glass for 20 seconds. Lift, drink slowly.

Dry-shake everything 30s. Add ice, shake another 60s. Strain. Top with chilled soda. Serve immediately, before the foam settles.
