A small loud
email room.

Eleven people in a converted print-shop in Detroit. Every senior has owned the email channel at a DTC brand you've heard of. The narrowness of the practice is a feature, not a side-effect.

★ the rules

Three rules.
Loud and clear.

If we ever break one of these, fire us.

★ rule 01

Operator first.

Every senior here has owned the email channel at a DTC brand. We don't hire ex-agency leads who've never had to defend a number to a CFO.

★ rule 02

Three retainers, max.

No senior runs more than three accounts at a time. Scale by hiring more seniors, not by stretching them. Keeps the room loud and the work honest.

★ rule 03

Send less, sell more.

The contrarian email-marketer rule. We've cut send-volume by 20% on five active retainers and watched revenue go up. Frequency is not the answer.
