Form drills, on the track
Once a week we run together on the track three blocks over. Skip drills, A-skips, cadence work, hill repeats in the back half. Most cohorts develop their own pre-run handshake by week three.

Personal HEP, tracked
Each athlete leaves session one with three priority movements based on their gait video. We update them weekly via our PT app. Adherence > 70% almost always tracks with biggest gains.

One DC visit
Each athlete gets one 45-minute visit with Dr. Park during the program. Adjustment + ART + dry needling as needed. Use it for whatever is bugging you in week 3 or 4 — that's when most things show up.
