Three streams,twelve sessions.

Gait video, twice

Treadmill video with two cameras (sagittal + posterior) on session 1, repeated session 11. We'll mark up cadence, foot strike, vertical oscillation, and pelvic drop. You'll see the difference.

// Session 1 + 11 · 25 min

Twelve strength sessions

Two 45-minute sessions a week in our rehab gym. Single-leg work, plyometrics, posterior-chain loading, foot intrinsics. Same coach all six weeks. Programs are individual but the room runs together.

// Tue + Thu · 6:30a or 5:30p

Form drills, on the track

Once a week we run together on the track three blocks over. Skip drills, A-skips, cadence work, hill repeats in the back half. Most cohorts develop their own pre-run handshake by week three.

// Sat · 8:30a · Cleveland HS track

Personal HEP, tracked

Each athlete leaves session one with three priority movements based on their gait video. We update them weekly via our PT app. Adherence > 70% almost always tracks with biggest gains.

// 10 min / day · home

One DC visit

Each athlete gets one 45-minute visit with Dr. Park during the program. Adjustment + ART + dry needling as needed. Use it for whatever is bugging you in week 3 or 4 — that's when most things show up.

// 45 min · within the 6 weeks

Cohort group thread

Slack-style group thread for the cohort. Share Strava, ask drill questions, post your easy run from Sunday. Stays open for 6 months after the program closes.
