Four phases.
About six weeks.

Every condition runs through a version of this. The phases compress for acute pain (week-1 in three days) and expand for surgical-prep cases. Discharge is a goal, not an obstacle to repeat business.

WEEK 0–1 · CALM

Reduce the pain alarm

Two visits in the first week. Adjustments + soft tissue, instrumented or manual. We give you a short list of what to avoid and a longer list of what to keep doing.

WEEK 2–3 · MOVE

Restore range and load

Adjustments tapering, soft-tissue and dry needling holding steady. Corrective exercise begins — three movements, four sets, one or two times a day at home.

Rebuild capacity

Strength under fatigue — the part most clinics skip. We'll have you doing the thing that hurt you, slowly, with feedback. Most of the rehab gym time is here.
