An afternoon in the loft with sharp shears, an apron, and a bucket of whatever bloomed that week. You leave with a bouquet you built yourself — and the technique to do it again next Saturday in your own kitchen.
$185 per seat, all materials and tools included. Pét-nat and a small charcuterie included as well. Workshops are typically full eight to ten weeks ahead — book early.
Peony, ranunculus, tulip, sweet pea, lilac. Loose, gestural, the bridal-bouquet technique without the wedding stress.
How to walk a creek bed and come back with a vase of something rare. We provide the shears and the buckets.
Low, lush, dinner-party-ready arrangements built into a shallow ceramic compote. The arrangement that always sells.
Dahlia, cosmos, rudbeckia, anise hyssop. The maximalist garden bouquet of the year. Bring scissors hands.
Chocolate cosmos, dusty miller, smoke bush, copper carnation. The dark-romantic bridal bouquet, in miniature.
Living wreath built on a copper ring, evergreen base + dried flower accents. Will hold all winter on a front door.
Walk up to the loft, be handed a glass of pét-nat, choose your apron from the hooks. We will not start until everyone is comfortable.
I build one full bouquet in front of you, narrating every move. You take notes if you want — most people don't.
You build, I wander the bench helping individually. The studio dog usually does a circuit.
Bouquet wrapped in linen ribbon and brown paper. We photograph each one for the bench wall.
Private workshops run Tuesday through Friday, 2 to 6pm, for parties of six to twelve. Same format, same flowers, but the loft is closed to the public and the playlist is yours.
None at all. About 80% of our students have never built a bouquet before, and almost all of them leave with a bouquet that surprises them. This isn't a class for hobbyists, it's a class for everyone.
Many of our students do — workshops are friendly without being overly social. You'll be at a shared bench but you're not expected to perform. Bring a book if you'd like to arrive early.
Cancel up to seven days before the workshop for a full refund. Inside seven days, we'll transfer your seat to another date or hold credit for a year — bouquets are perishable, the seat is not.
Yes — Saturdays are reserved for weddings, and Sundays are for the public workshop calendar. Tuesday through Friday afternoons are entirely yours. The loft is at its best in afternoon light, anyway.
We do — workshops make a good wedding-shower or birthday gift, and the cards are mailed in a hand-painted envelope. Email hello@yourbusiness.com and we'll send one out same-day.
