— HOW WE WORK A WEDDING

We do notdouble-book.

We take twenty-eight weddings a year — fewer than thirty, on purpose, because more than that means the work suffers. Once you sign, your Saturday belongs to us, your sample box gets tied on a Tuesday, and the truck rolls to your venue with nothing else to deliver that morning.

This is not the volume model. It's the unhurried model. Worth saying clearly because most of the studios you've already inquired with this week are quietly running it the other way.

— THE WEEK BEFORE

Six days thatbuild the bouquet.

Most florists are still ordering on Wednesday for a Saturday. We're already cutting on Tuesday. Here is the actual rhythm of the week your wedding gets.

Monday

Final palette walk

Sample box dispatched in the morning. Florist visits the venue in the afternoon to confirm light, sight-lines, and the chuppah anchor points.

The sample bouquet you'll hold by Wednesday is built today. So is the apology, if there's going to be one.

Tuesday

Wholesale + grower visits

Two grower visits, one wholesale order, and a foraged-branch walk along the creek. We collect about 60% of the wedding's volume today.

Anything that won't be at peak by Saturday is rejected. We will say so.

Wednesday

Sample box arrives

You hold the proof-of-concept bouquet. We schedule a 20-minute call for a green-light or any honest course-correction.

About 15% of weddings request a small adjustment. About 5% call us crying.

Thursday

Conditioning + cooler

Every stem gets cleaned, conditioned, and held in the walk-in at 38°F. Mechanics get cut and pre-pinned.

The studio is closed to other work today. The cooler is full of you.

Friday

Build day

All bouquets, boutonnières, and centerpieces are built in the loft. Ceremony arch is pre-fabricated as a removable panel.

This is the long day — the studio does not leave until 11pm. Pizza for the team is non-negotiable.

Saturday

Install + breakdown

Truck rolls at 06:00 with everything cooled. Install runs to noon. Breakdown crew returns Sunday morning at 10:00.

The bride sees the bouquet at 10:00 sharp, in her hand, with a note. Then we vanish for the photos.

— FROM THE BRIDES

What theywrote afterwards.

"They sent us a sample bouquet a week before the wedding. I cried at the kitchen table. Then I remembered my mother grew that exact ranunculus and they had no way of knowing."

Lila & AmelMay 2024

"I sent them a single Pinterest pin. The bouquet that arrived was nothing like it — it was the version of that pin if it had been alive, and trembling, and from June."

Camille & J.June 2024

"Two days before the wedding, my mother passed. They redid the boutonnières with one of her favourite flowers, at no charge, and said nothing about it. They knew."
