Yes — every month we send a swap link 10 days before shipping. Swap any of the four positions for any in-catalog bar at no charge. After ship date, swaps roll to next month.
Our facility uses tree nuts and dairy. Mark your dietary preferences on signup — we'll route inclusion bars (nuts, dairy) around your subscription and send vegan/nut-free substitutes.

Stored at 60–68°F away from light, our bars keep for 12 months. We never ship anything older than 90 days from the roast date stamped on the wrapper.
