Pricing is per-bar, fully landed (engraving + custom wrapper + box). The first 25 bars unlock the program. Above 250 we set up a dedicated mold tool and engrave directly into the bar face — that's where it stops looking like packaging and starts looking like product.

— Logo molded directly into the bar

The logo is the chocolate.

For orders of 250+ we cut a custom mold tool — your logo, simplified to a recess that prints cleanly in tempered chocolate. The bar is poured into the tool, vibrated, cooled, and demolded. The result reads sharp at six inches and ships at scale.

Wrapper printing happens at our paper partner in Greenpoint. Two custom Pantone colors per wrapper, plus optional foil-stamp. Lead time: 3 weeks standard, 1 week rush (rush carries a 35% surcharge — no surprise fees).

The five-step timeline.

Day 0–2

Quote signed

Brief over a 20-min call or shared form, 24-hour quote, 48-hour signoff. Deposit on signed quote (50%).

Day 3–7

Proof printed

We print one wrapper, mold one engraved sample, ship the proof to your office for sign-off. Two rounds of revisions included.

Day 8–14

Bars tempered

Production batch tempered, molded, and rested 7 days at 60°F. Each bar weighed and individually wrapped.

Day 15–18

Boxes packed

Bars placed into custom kraft boxes. If split-shipping, each recipient's address is printed and matched to their box.

Day 19–21

Bars arrived

Bulk-ship to one address, or split-ship via USPS Priority to up to 5,000 individual addresses. Tracking shared via spreadsheet.
