Here's what April's family box looked like.

The case rotates with what's harvested that month. April was the back end of dry-age season and the first lambs of the year, so the box leaned mineral and seasonal. May will tilt toward chops and merguez.

Subscribers see next month's projected box four days before billing. You can swap any cut, skip the month, or upgrade for one cycle without changing your tier.

We've subscribed to enough food boxes to know how the small print usually goes. Here's ours, on one screen, in clear language.

№01 / SKIP

Skip any month, no fee

Cutoff is 11p the night before billing. Skip up to four months a year. After that we'll pause your subscription instead of charging.

№02 / SWAP

Swap any cut, two days out

Two days before pickup or ship, we send your cut sheet. Swap any cut for another in the case. Same weight category, no upcharge.

№03 / SHIP

Ships continental US, $24 flat

Insulated mailer, dry ice, 2-day. Ships Wed for Fri delivery. Pickup is free at the counter, Wed–Sat, any time before 7p.

№04 / CANCEL

Cancel any time, no penalty

Cancel from your account or by replying to any email. We don't sell your data. We don't auto-renew anything past the month you've paid for.
