This is a working ranch and the cattle don't read calendars. Maybe a fence is down, maybe the herd jumped to the south meadow, maybe a calf is sick. We adjust around the work. What you booked is the shape of the week, not the minute-by-minute. The week always ends with you a better rider, and the work always gets done.

Once we've spoken, a 25% deposit is charged. Balance 14 days before arrival. We accept card, ACH, or a wire from a ranch alumnus.
Drive directly to HC 72 Box 14. Bunkhouse keys at the cookhouse. Supper at six. First saddle at 5:42 the next morning.
If you're using our Billings airport pickup, we'll wait. If you're driving, plan to arrive by 4 pm so you have time to settle in before supper. Late arrivals will get a plate kept warm in the cookhouse.
Yes — we have stalls and pasture for two guest horses per week. Email us with the Coggins and a recent vet check. We discount the tier $200 if you trailer in.
Eight years and up. Kids 8–15 are billed at 75% of the adult rate, ride paired with a parent's wrangler, and skip the cattle drive. Children under 8 stay free if a parent is bunked.
Tell us on the form and Wynn will work around it — we routinely cook gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free, and halal. The cattle drive is harder to vegetarianise but we manage.
Spring storms and summer heat happen. We adjust ride times, never cancel a stay. If a once-in-a-decade weather event closes the trails, you reschedule at no charge or get a full refund.
