Recording sessions.
Tracking days for solo artists, small ensembles, and full bands. Studio A holds 12 musicians around an SSL 4000G; Room B is a smaller two-iso setup ideal for vocal sessions or overdubs after a Studio A tracking week.
Rates include a lead engineer, a tape op for full-band days, a tuned room, microphones from the cabinet, and a kitchen running through the night. We don't charge for setup time — your block is your block.
Mixing sessions.
Hybrid mixing — pulled up on the SSL with summing through the console bus, plus a deep rack of analog outboard for any color we need. We mix one record at a time. The mix engineer signs the recall sheet personally.
Two structured revisions per song are included. A third "courtesy" pass is on the house if it's mostly your label's notes. We never hand mixes off to assistants — the senior name on your invoice is the senior name on your faders.
Mastering sessions.
Mastering done in the dedicated mastering suite — Manley, Maselec, and a pair of B&W 802 D3 mains in a tuned room. Album-style mastering, prepared as a single sequence rather than song-by-song.
Attended sessions welcome and free of charge — drive in, listen on the mains, walk out with your DDP. Remote mastering turns inside two weeks. DSP-spec masters delivered alongside your mastered files at no extra cost.
Monthly engineer

For labels and management companies that want priority booking, a guaranteed mix-engineer slot, and a fixed monthly rate. Two retainer tiers — both include priority over open-bookings.
Retainers limited to 4 active accounts at a time. Currently 1 spot open for Q3.
Two reserved mix days per month, lead engineer assigned, 7-day priority on calendar bookings.
Five reserved mix days, named engineer slot, mastering passes included, 14-day priority + standing slot.
Add a producer to the retainer — Marcus or Iyana, two days/month dedicated to A&R + creative consult.
Cabinet access for off-site sessions — borrow up to 4 mics + 2 outboard pieces per month, signed out.
