Foundations

Twelve weeks. For lifters new to the barbell, returning after a long break, or coming from a cardio-only background. You'll leave knowing the four lifts cold and owning a real, programmed strength baseline.

Coached by Rosa or Elena. Six lifters per session, three sessions per week, all groups capped tight.

Strength Block

The flagship program. Sixteen-week blocks of programmed lifting with a coach watching every working set. Bar-speed cues, technique fixes in the moment, and a written log every member can read back six months from now.

Most Your Business members live in Strength Block year-round, swapping into Lifter's Lab for meet preps.

Twelve weeks of meet prep. For members preparing to compete in a USAPL or USPA powerlifting meet within the next twelve to sixteen weeks. Programmed and coached by Devon, our powerlifting lead.

Includes attempt selection, opener strategy, weigh-in protocol, and a coach handling you on meet day.
