Why a member cap?

Six coaches can actually program for one hundred lifters. Beyond that, programs become templates and coaches stop knowing names. We won't grow past it.

Drop-ins or trial week?

No drop-ins. We do a 15-minute call and a 30-minute walk-through. If both go well, you start with the next intake assessment.

What's the contract?

Month-to-month after the program length minimum. 30-day notice to cancel. No initiation fees.

Do you have showers?

Yes. Two private changing rooms, two showers each. Towels provided.

I'm not strong yet — should I still apply?

Yes. Half our intake is brand-new lifters in Foundations. The coach call will tell you if Your Business is the right fit at this point.
