We'll always include flavors that match. You can override the picks any month, but most subscribers set this once and never touch it.

Dry-ice insulated cardboard sleeve, double-walled, 7-day cold rating. Most boxes arrive at -10°F. Move pints to freezer within 30 minutes.
Continental US only. We use a regional courier in 6 states (NY, NJ, CT, MA, VT, NH) and FedEx Priority Overnight everywhere else.
Yes — pick "gift" at checkout, we'll send a printed card to the recipient with start date and instructions.
Mark allergens in preferences. We never share equipment with peanut, shellfish, or wheat. Tree-nut and dairy-free flavors run on dedicated batches.
The minimum subscription is six pints. We've found that anything smaller doesn't pack well in dry-ice.
