How long does the inspection take?

Forty-five minutes on site. Drone flight first, then a roof walk, then a quick chat at the kitchen table. Written report follows within 24 hours by email.

Is the inspection actually free?

Yes. No "free with quote" asterisk. We don't bill for it, we don't tie it to anything, you owe us nothing. About 30% of inspections result in us telling the homeowner the roof is fine and to call us in five years.

Do you handle the insurance claim?

We document the storm event, write the Xactimate scope, and meet with your adjuster. We charge a flat fee for the claim work, credited toward the build. We do not work on contingency — a contractor that takes a percentage of the claim has the wrong incentive.

How long does a re-roof take?

Typical 22-square residence: 3–5 working days from tear-off to magnet sweep. Larger homes 6–8. Flat commercial 7–14. We tarp the area at end of each day if rain is forecast.

What if you find rotted decking?

We bid a per-sheet OSB allowance up front so the surprise is priced before we tear off. If we hit more than the allowance, we photograph it, call you, and you approve before we replace. No "while we were up there" surprise invoices.

Do you do flat / commercial roofs?

Yes — about 35% of our annual volume. TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen single-ply systems. NDL system warranties up to 25 years. See the materials page or just call us.
