Rehearsal dinners, birthdays, retirements, holiday parties, wakes, and the rare wedding reception that wants a band rather than a string quartet. We host roughly two private events a week — three rooms to choose from, full buyouts on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Different rooms for different gatherings. Pick one or take the whole place. The patio adds another forty seats from April through October, weather permitting.
The back booth wing, separated from the main dining room by a half-wall and a curtain. Best for rehearsal dinners, small birthdays, and the occasional book launch. Quiet enough for toasts.
The main dining room with the stage. Holds a band; holds a head table; holds a slideshow on the wall opposite the stage. Most rehearsal dinners and most retirement parties end up here.
The full buyout. Mon + Tue available year-round; Sun afternoons in shoulder season. Bigger weddings, large company parties, and the occasional Tuesday-night surprise sixtieth birthday.
Three set-piece options. Custom menus available with two weeks' notice. All prices per guest, before tax + service. Beer and wine package or open bar; spirits add $14 / guest.
The room is a small one. We don't drape it; we don't tablecloth it; we just rearrange tables and put the candles a little closer together. Snapshots from the past two seasons.
Two weeks for the Snug, four weeks for the Stage Room, six weeks for a full buyout. Holiday season (mid-November through New Year's) books ten weeks out.
25% of the food + beverage minimum to hold the date. Refundable up to 14 days before; goes toward the final bill if you proceed.
Yes — flat $30 cake fee covers cutting, plating, and storage. Outside catering otherwise is not allowed.
We can book any of our regulars for your event, or you bring your own. The PA, monitors, lights, and FOH are included.
Yes, and they vary by night. Mondays start at $1,200; Saturdays at $4,500. We'll send numbers with the proposal.
Always. House mocktails, NA beer, NA wine. No event surcharge for being sober — that's not how we operate.
Mon + Tue daytimes are great for corporate offsites, lunches, and graduations. Sundays after 3pm in shoulder season.
Kids welcome. Highchairs and crayons available, kids menu on every section, and a quiet corner if you need it.
The form goes to Mim, who runs events. She'll write back within a business day from a real email, with availability and a proposal if it lines up.
