Through the brewhouse, into the cellar, around the dry-hop room, ending in the foeder shed. Three pours along the way. Twelve guests max. Same tour every Saturday since 2016.
Mash tun, lauter tun, kettle, whirlpool. We'll be mid-brew on a fresh batch of Cordage — you can see (and smell) the wort.
Fermenters, brite tanks, the dry-hop hatch. First pour: today's freshest hazy IPA, straight from the brite tank.
Foeders, oak barrels, the wild house. Second pour: a 4oz of whatever's pulling cleanest from the foeder line that day.
Live canning if it's a release week. Our packaging spec is unusual — purged-with-CO2 tunnel before the seam.
Final pour: pick from any tap. Q&A with the brewer leading the tour. Mug club applications available at the end.
Tour is hosted by one of our four brewers — depends on who's on shift. Riley runs most Saturdays; she'll explain the science of decoction without making it boring.
Pour selection happens day-of. We always pull from one fresh IPA, one cellar wild, and one rotating tap. Non-drinkers get house root beer.
Selected day-of from current taps. Non-drinkers get root beer or kombucha.
Etched 4oz tour glass — yours to take home, designed by Riley.
Three vinyl stickers from the current can run + a tour-only enamel pin.
If your tour falls on a release day, you get 10% off the case price for that day only.
Tour guests who join the mug club within 30 days skip the 6-month waitlist.
Most Saturday tours fill by Wednesday afternoon. The deep-dive (third Saturday) usually fills 3 weeks ahead. Group bookings need 2 weeks notice for staffing.
