Hop Atlas
Pine, citrus rind, dry on the back. Citra + Mosaic + Simcoe. Our flagship — the reason we exist. Brewed every other week, year-round.
Every pour we offer right now, in one filterable list. The 12 numbered taps rotate weekly; the cellar list is what's resting in oak right now and gets bottle-released through the year.
Each card shows live ABV, IBU, vessel size, and current keg level. Order ahead for to-go growlers — counter pickup until 9p, no online checkout.
