Double dry-hop, soft mouthfeel, juice-forward but bitter on the snap. Galaxy + Nelson.
Czech-style pils, decoction-mashed, lagered 6 weeks. Saaz noble hop, crisp and dry.
Roast-forward, nitro pour, flaked barley body. Coffee notes from the malt, not the bean.
Mixed-culture sour aged 14 months in oak with stone fruit. Limited — 4oz pours only.
Big-build double IPA. Tropical and stone fruit, soft and dangerous. 16oz max per guest.
Crispy, clean, easy. The one we drink after shift. Six-week lager, low-color malts.
Foeder-fermented saison, peppery and dry. Brett character builds with every pour.

12 rotating taps. Open Tue–Sun, 4p–10p. Food trucks every night, dog-friendly patio, kids until 8p. Reservations not required, but they help.

Saturdays at 11a. 90 minutes through the brewhouse, cellar, and dry-hop room. Three pours included. Max 12 guests. $35.
Our mug club isn't a discount card — it's a hand-thrown numbered mug that sits on the wall, a 20oz Tuesday pour for the price of a 16oz, and four release-day cans waived from the lottery. Annual, no auto-renew.
