We measure every kilogram of CO2 our property emits — staff commute, kitchen, generator, laundry, guest flights. We then offset 128% via verified Costa Rican reforestation partners.

Our 340 acres are under permanent conservation easement, donated to the Monteverde Conservation League. Even if we sold the lodge tomorrow, no future owner could ever build on this land.
