Each room is hand-built from fallen tropical hardwood. None of our rooms have televisions. All have a private deck. Most have a hammock.

Inside the main 1903-built lodge, with a small private balcony, a soaking tub, and access to the lodge library and fireplace lounge. Walls are unplastered tropical cedar.
Twenty-eight feet up a Spanish cedar. Reached by a wooden walkway. The deck is canopy-level and you sleep with the windows open. Not for guests with vertigo.

A standalone clay-walled bungalow with a private 102°F natural hot spring fed from a deep volcanic vent. The most secluded of all our structures, accessed by its own footpath.
