We answer our own email. Most replies go out within two business days. Below, the four ways most people end up writing to us — and the form for everyone else.
We add one to two new shows a year. We're looking for a host with deep working knowledge of a topic — not a journalist parachuting in. Send a 200-word pitch, three episode ideas, and a one-minute audio test.
If you have a story for one of our seven shows, write to the host directly — their address is on the show page. Include the show name, a one-paragraph pitch, and why it has to be that show.
We do a small number of host-read ads each quarter. We turn down sleep, gambling, supplement, and crypto categories. We do not do dynamic insertion. Get in touch and Sara will send our rate sheet.
For interview requests, festival invitations, or our press kit, write to press@. June, Maren, and Adaeze are usually available within two weeks for a quick recorded conversation.
If a particular episode resonated, the easiest way to write to a host is the address on their show page. We read everything. We respond to most. The good ones we sometimes excerpt in the Friday newsletter — with permission.
Tour stop suggestions, corrections, broken links, lost mail, complaints about the new theme music. Use the form on this page and it will route to the right person on the team.
Use the form below if your message doesn't fit one of the categories above, or if you'd rather not dig up the right host's email. We'll route it.
If you're nearby and you want to drop something off — a tape, a book, a thing for one of the hosts — we're around most weekdays. Buzz number 2. The cat's name is Bert.
We don't host general tours, but if you're a journalist working on a piece about the network or one of the shows, we're happy to give you the walk-through. Email Marisol on the press team and she'll set up a slot.
