Four programs, four levels, one floor. Whether you came here to fight, to get sharp, to sleep better, or to throw a thousand jabs and not think for an hour — there is a place for you on this floor. Read carefully. Then come throw a free round on us.
Six-week starter cycle, taught Mon/Wed/Fri at three time slots. Stance, footwork, the four punches, the three defenses. We teach the same way Cus D'Amato taught Tyson the first three weeks — slowly, with tape on the floor, and with the certainty that you will not throw your first real punch for fourteen days.
One-on-one or two-on-one with a coach who watched the guy who taught the guy. Forty-five minutes on the pads — typical session is twelve to sixteen rounds with rest between. You walk in faster than you walked out. Booked direct with the coach via the schedule page; deposit holds the slot, the rest is paid at the door.
Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7 PM in ring two. Light, medium, or hard, declared on the chalkboard before the bell and enforced by Coach Brodie. You earn in three months of fundamentals before the corner waves you up. We don't rush this one. If your eye splits open, the night is over for you. We tape, we ice, we send you home.
Built for the back end of a fight. Gas tank, bracing strength, capacity. Programmed in eight-week blocks by Coach Mireille — four blocks per year. You can come in for one block, you can stay for four; either way the program will not be repeated. Twice a week, 5:30 AM and 6 PM, ring three is cleared for sleds, kettlebells, ropes, and bag intervals.
Pick a program, pick a date, show up fifteen minutes early. We'll wrap your hands, lend you gloves, and walk you through the same opening class our members take. No card on file. No pitch at the end.
