Programs

Four ways to throw a real punch.

Everyone starts in fundamentals. From there, the path is yours: heavier sparring, mitt sessions for sharpness, S&C if you fight, or quiet bag work if you just want to be sharper next year than this one.

/ Program 01 — Foundation

Boxing fundamentals

Stance, footwork, jab, cross, hook, slip, roll, parry. Six-week starter cycle taught Mon/Wed/Fri at 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6:30 PM. No equipment needed for week one — we'll lend you wraps and gloves and you'll buy your own when you decide to stay.

/ Program 02 — Sharpness

Mitt sessions

One-on-one or two-on-one, 45 minutes on the pads with a coach who watched the guy who taught the guy. Booked by the round — typical session is 12 to 16 rounds with rest. Walk in faster than you walked out.

/ Program 03 — Live work

Open sparring

Tuesday and Thursday nights, 7 PM in ring two. Light, medium, or hard — declared on the chalkboard, enforced by the coach. You earn in three months of fundamentals before the corner waves you up. We don't rush this one.

Strength & conditioning

Built for the back end of a fight: gas tank, bracing strength, capacity. Programmed in 8-week blocks by Coach Mireille. Twice a week, 5:30 AM and 6 PM, ring three is cleared for sleds, KBs, ropes, and bag intervals.

Pick a date. Show up 15 minutes early. We'll wrap your hands, lend you gloves, walk you through the warm-up, and put you through the same fundamentals class our members take. No card on file. No pitch at the end. If you come back, that's the answer.
