What we work with

Five doors into the same room.

Whatever brought you here — long-running tension, a recent rupture, a season of change — we have a clinician trained for it.

Couples therapy

Reconnection, conflict cycles, intimacy, and the quiet drift. Mostly Gottman + EFT.

Family therapy

Adult children, sibling rupture, household friction, parents and teens, multi-gen patterns.

Communication coaching

Short-format work for couples who fight badly, freeze, or stop talking after work.

Affair recovery

Specialized 16-session protocol for couples deciding what comes next after infidelity.

Blended families

Bonus parents, ex-partners, holidays, and the impossible math of two homes.

Meet the team

Five clinicians, one warm room.

Each of us trained somewhere different, then chose to keep practicing together. Here's who we are.

How we work

Trained where it counts. Honest where it matters.

We're not a "we listen" practice — we're a "we'll actually say something" practice. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based modalities and use them flexibly, in plain language, with a lot of warmth and the occasional dry joke.

You'll do real exercises in session and bring small homework into the week. Most couples notice a shift in the first three sessions.

Gottman MethodFor conflict patterns and friendship-rebuilding.
EFTEmotionally Focused Therapy — softens cycles fast.
IFSInternal Family Systems — for old wounds underneath.
NarrativeFor families re-authoring a hard chapter together.

What a session looks like

0–10 min · Settling inHow was the week? What landed, what didn't.
10–35 min · The workOne real conversation, mediated. We slow it down.
35–50 min · Naming what shiftedWhat you felt. What changed in the room.
End · A small askOne thing to try before next time.

We came in barely speaking. By session four we were laughing in the waiting room. Six months later we know how to fight like grown-ups, and we know how to repair faster.

How starting works

From inquiry to first session, about 8 days.

No labyrinth, no five-form intake before you've talked to a person.

i.

Free 15-minute consult

Phone call with a clinician. No paperwork, no charge. We listen, you ask.

ii.

Therapist match

If we're a fit, we recommend two clinicians. You pick one.

iii.

Insurance check

We verify benefits in 48 hours and tell you, in plain English, what it'll cost.

iv.

First session

50 or 80 minutes, in office or telehealth. We start the work that day.

The hardest part is making the call.

We've watched hundreds of couples make it. Fifteen minutes on the phone. No commitment. No script.
