Yes. No card hold, no deposit. We ship 5 frames to your home, you wear them for 5 days, you ship them back with the prepaid return label. The frames are clear-plastic non-prescription versions of the production pair.
We email a reminder on day 7. If frames aren't returned by day 14 we charge $25 per missing frame. We've never had to do this for a returning customer.
The try-on frames are clear plastic and not prescription-ready. To order the actual frame with your prescription, pick the winning try-on and check out — you'll get a $25 credit applied automatically if you order within 7 days.
Five is the limit per box. You can run multiple boxes back-to-back if you want to compare 10 frames; just send the first batch back before ordering a second.
No. The try-on is purely about fit and look — you don't need a prescription until the moment you order the real pair.
All 50 US states. We don't currently offer try-on outside the US, but the catalog ships internationally with prescription lenses included.
