The Forever Warranty

One number. One photo. One new pot.

If your cast iron chips, cracks, or separates from its enamel — at any point — send a photo to warranty@yourbusiness.com. A new piece in the same color and size ships within 14 days. Always.

What is, and isn't, covered.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural failure of the iron, and separation of the porcelain enamel layer. It does not cover cosmetic discoloration, normal patina inside the pot, or pieces damaged by being driven over. (We have had three of those. We sent new pots anyway.)

Anything that breaks.

  • Enamel chip or crackYes
  • Iron fractureYes

The four-step claim.

Claims close, on average, in 4.6 days. We have processed 1,840 of them since 2014.

Step 01

Take a photo.

One clear photo of the damage. A daylight kitchen counter works fine. No staging.

Step 02

Email the photo.

Send to warranty@yourbusiness.com with the piece name. No order number required.

Step 03

Confirm a return.

If under 5 lb we send a label. Heavier pieces stay with you — recycle the iron.

Step 04

New pot ships.

Same shape, same size, same color, in 14 days or fewer. Average is 8 days.

Register a piece.

You don't have to register to file a claim — but registered pieces ship 4 days faster, and the brass warranty plate option is engraved with the registration date.

  • Skip the receipt-hunt forever
  • Faster claim turnaround
  • Optional brass plate (engraved)
  • One-time recipe-pack with registration
By registering you agree to receive one welcome email. We never share addresses.

Common questions.

Is the warranty transferable to a new owner?
Yes. We don't check who paid. If a piece bearing our stamp shows up at warranty@yourbusiness.com with a photo of damage, a replacement ships. Heirloom-friendly is the entire point.
What if the piece is from before 2018?
Our pieces have only ever come with the same warranty. Pieces from 2014 onward are covered. If you have a piece older than the company, you may also have a time machine, and we'd love a photo.
My color was discontinued — what ships?
If we no longer make your exact color, you can choose any current color at the same shape and size. We will email a photo set to confirm before we send.
I bought it secondhand. Same coverage?
Yes. The pot is what we warrant, not the receipt. Send the photo. We send the pot.
Will you fix the original instead of replacing?
Sometimes — for a chipped lid handle or a loose self-basting bump, we can ship the part. For an enamel crack, replacement is faster and the resulting pot is identical to a new one.
