Our flagship day. Three boutique cellars at a leisurely pace, a winemaker walk-and-talk built into the second stop, and a long lunch in a barrel room. The Mercedes Sprinter has eight captain's chairs — never the back row, never a folding stool.
Your own SUV or van, your own driver-sommelier, your own day. Three to five wineries — your choice from our partner list — with library tastings called ahead. Lunch reservations made for you. Birthdays, anniversaries, "we kind of just like wine" days.
The crush. You'll see fruit weighed at the scale, sorted on the line, and pressed. Two destemmer-side tastes of fermenting must — extraordinary, very young, very alive — plus three finished cellars and a harvest lunch with the punch-down crew. We run this only nine weeks a year.
The same caliber of partner cellars, smaller crowds at every stop, $80 lighter. Three wineries with a chef-prepared charcuterie picnic on a vineyard block instead of the seated lunch. Best for guests with one day in the valley who want to taste deeply without the weekend bustle.
