— How a day runs

Door pickup, three pours,
a long lunch, and home dry.

Every day starts at your door — we'll pick you up from any Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, or Calistoga hotel. Here's the rhythm.

  1. 01.

    9:30 AM · Door pickup

Mercedes Sprinter or Cadillac Escalade — depending on group size. Bottled water, espresso for the start, blankets for the cold mornings.

  2. 02.

    10:00 AM · First pour

A working cellar, not a tasting room. Most days you'll meet the winemaker or vineyard manager — five to seven wines, often library bottles.

  3. 03.

    12:30 PM · Long lunch

Either a seated lunch in a barrel room or a chef-led picnic on a vineyard block. Your tour-style chooses for you.

  4. 04.

    4:30 PM · Home, dry

Back to your hotel, your purchases shipped if you'd rather not carry them. We'll handle Wine Direct paperwork while you ride.

— What's been written

Three reads we keep framed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

"The only Napa tour we've recommended to readers without an asterisk. The driver-sommelier model is the right one — these are real cellar people, not bus operators."

— Wine Spectator · April 2025

"Booked the harvest tour for an anniversary. Two of the three wineries are not on any normal map. We brought home twelve bottles and a winemaker's number."

— Tripadvisor · 4,200+ reviews

"Quietly excellent. The kind of operation where the driver knows the vineyard manager's dog by name, and the lunch is twice as good as the next door restaurant."

2026 dates open through Thanksgiving week. Most Saturdays sell out 5 — 7 weeks ahead. Weekday-saver days usually have something this week.
