How does the 10-year warranty work?

Every bag comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and normal travel wear-and-tear. Send us a photo and your order number — we'll ship a pre-paid label and either repair or replace the bag, your choice.

What's your return policy?

30-day in-the-field trial. Travel with the bag. If it doesn't earn its keep, send it back for a full refund. We even cover return shipping anywhere in the US, Canada, EU and UK.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to 42 countries. Free shipping over $150 to the US, Canada, EU, UK, AU and JP. Other regions ship via DHL with full duties calculated at checkout. No surprises on your doorstep.

How long do orders take to ship?

Most orders ship within 24 hours from our Portland warehouse. US ground shipping: 3–5 days. Express: 1–2 days. International: 5–10 days. You'll get tracking the moment it leaves our hands.

Is the carry-on cabin-compliant on every airline?

The Carry-On 38 fits the cabin restrictions of all major US, EU and AsiaPac carriers (22 × 14 × 9 in / 55 × 35 × 23 cm). Check our airline-by-airline cheat sheet on the product page for low-cost carriers with stricter limits.

Can I get my luggage repaired even if I bought it used?

Yes. We don't ask for proof of purchase on repair requests. If the bag is one of ours, we'll fix it. About 8% of the bags we repair were bought secondhand — we still cover them.

Do you offer corporate / bulk orders?
