The first time I directed a corporate film I was twenty-six and the agency had never been to a set. The DP showed up four hours late. The producer never showed up. The brand client kept asking me what I needed and I kept saying "I think we need a producer," and nobody else laughed.
So I left and started the studio. The rule from day one is: every shoot has a producer on it, every producer has a calendar lock, and every calendar lock is a real commitment. We do not over-promise dates. We do not subcontract direction. We do not hide behind a deck.
If you are reading this — thank you for reading this — I would love to make a film with you. Send a brief. We'll either fit, or we won't, and either way you'll get a fast, honest answer.
