A members-first reformer studio in the Pearl District. We do not run vinyasa flows like spin classes. Twelve people per class. Two instructors per session. Dawn light, oat milk, no playlists you have to apologize for.
Most studios sell intensity. We sell attention. The room is small on purpose. The teachers correct your hip placement. Class ends when class ends, not when the clock says so. People show up at six in the morning because the room is quiet. They keep showing up because they leave it standing taller.
Every member of our teaching team has at least 500 hours of training and at least four years on a reformer. They are not influencers. They are people who teach the same students for years and remember which side your shoulder bothers.
Co-founded Slow in 2019. Comprehensive Polestar Pilates certification, 500-hr E-RYT yoga. Teaches the 6:30 reformer most weekday mornings.

Joined 2022. Trained in restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and breathwork (Pranayama). Teaches every Friday evening and the Sunday slow series.

Yes. The Slow Reformer · Foundations class on Tuesday and Friday mornings is built for first-timers. It is taught by two instructors so you'll be hands-on adjusted. Most members start there for their first three to six classes.
Form-fitting layers. Grippy socks (we sell them at the front, $14). Water. We provide everything else — mats, props, towels, locker, oat milk, and a place to leave your phone for an hour.
Yes. Privates are $115 / hour with any instructor. Duets (you + a friend) are $75 / person. We recommend two privates before joining a group reformer if you have an injury or specific concern.
Iris and Maren both teach pre- and postnatal reformer. We have a dedicated prenatal series Sunday mornings, and our regular reformers are appropriate through the second trimester for most members. Talk to your provider; we'll talk through it together.
Cancel any class up to 12 hours before for full credit. Members can pause membership for up to 60 days a year (travel, life). No fees, no friction.
The studio is two blocks west of the streetcar, next door to a coffee shop you'll like. Drop in for a class, or book a free 20-minute studio tour any weekday morning. The first month is $89.
