The 24 questions our support team gets most often, organized by category. Can't find your answer? Skip to the bottom — a real person at our Memphis warehouse will email you back within four hours.
Specs, materials, and the actual physical product. We don't sell anything else, so this is the deepest section.
The body is 304 food-grade stainless steel — the same grade used in commercial restaurant kitchens. Three layers, vacuum-sealed between the inner two. The exterior has a powder-coat grip finish that's been bake-tested to 200 dishwasher cycles without peeling. The lid uses a food-grade silicone gasket and a polypropylene threaded collar.
Independent lab testing measured 24 hours of ice retention at 72°F ambient, and 18 hours at 95°F (in a hot car). Hot drinks stay above 140°F for roughly 12 hours. Numbers depend on how full it is, how often you open it, and how cold the liquid was when poured.
No coating. Just bare 304 steel. Coatings can flake, leach, or pick up flavors over time — bare steel is what we wanted, so that's what we built. Coffee on Monday won't taste like coffee residue on Tuesday.
Eight: Matte Black, Stone White, Safety Orange, Forest, Coastal Blue, Sand, Brick Red, and Steel (raw). The Steel finish skips the powder coat entirely. All eight stock the same — none are limited edition.
Not yet — we're testing engraving with a partner shop and hope to launch it in early 2027. Email hello@yourbusiness.com and we'll add you to the waitlist for first access at no extra charge.
Cup-holder math, backpack pockets, dishwasher racks. The dimensions and how they line up with everyday objects.
The bottom is 2.85 inches in diameter — within tolerance for the 2.875-inch standard used in nearly every car since 2010. We physically tested Toyota, Honda, Ford, Subaru, Tesla, a 2014 Civic, and a 1998 Tacoma. If yours doesn't fit, ship it back free.
9.4 inches with the standard lid, 10.1 inches with the straw lid (sold separately, $8). Total height fits standard backpack water-bottle pockets and most laptop-bag side pockets.
1.1 pounds. A full 22 oz pour brings the total to about 2.5 pounds. The triple-wall vacuum construction adds weight versus single-wall bottles, but it's the trade-off for 24-hour cold.
No. The lid threading is proprietary so the seal stays tight. Replacement lids are $12 and ship from the same warehouse — order one through the cart page if yours wears out.
The bottle is built to be used hard. Here's the care that keeps the powder coat looking new past the 200-cycle dishwasher mark.
Yes — top rack, every cycle. Most insulated bottles aren't dishwasher-safe because the vacuum seal can warp at 165°F. Ours is welded shut, not crimped, so the seal survives. Independent testing logged 200+ dishwasher cycles with no insulation degradation.
Don't. The inner wall is rigid steel — water expanding as it freezes can damage the vacuum seal. Use ice cubes instead; the bottle will hold them frozen for up to 24 hours.
It can — the coat is durable but not bulletproof. Drop it on concrete enough times and you'll see paint chips. The chips are cosmetic; the steel underneath is fine and the bottle still seals. Lifetime warranty covers structural failure but not cosmetic wear.
The straw lid disassembles into three parts (collar, straw, gasket). Top-rack dishwasher works for the collar and gasket; the straw is best with a small bristle brush. Replacement straws are $4 in packs of two.
Order timing, shipping speeds, international rules, and how to change an order after it's placed.
Every order placed before 2pm CT leaves our Memphis warehouse the same business day. Orders after 2pm ship the next morning. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days within the continental US.
Yes — Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU at checkout. International orders ship via DHL Express, arrive in 4–7 days, and include duties prepaid (no surprise customs fee). Shipping rates are calculated live.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email hello@yourbusiness.com with your order number and the change. Once a tracking number is issued (usually within 4 hours of order), we can't pull it back, but you can return it free upon arrival.
Yes — every order with two or more bottles ships free anywhere in the continental US. Single-bottle orders are a flat $5. Free shipping kicks in automatically at checkout — no code needed.
We don't make returns hard. Sixty days, free label, full refund. Here's exactly how it works.
Email hello@yourbusiness.com with your order number anytime within 60 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid USPS label by reply. Drop it at any USPS box and the refund posts to your card within 3 business days of arrival at our Memphis warehouse.
No. The 60-day refund is full-use — drink out of it, run it through the dishwasher 40 times, decide it isn't for you, ship it back. We resell returned units to the local outdoors school after sanitization, so nothing goes to waste.
None. We pay return shipping, we pay refurbishment, and you get the full purchase price back to your original payment method. Klarna orders refund through Klarna's normal flow within 5 business days.
The 60-day refund window closes, but the lifetime warranty kicks in — if anything fails after day 60, we replace the bottle for free. You just lose the option to return it for a refund.
If it breaks, we replace it. Forever. The clauses below are short — that's the point.
Structural failure of any kind: powder-coat peeling that exposes bare steel, lid cross-threading, vacuum seal failure (cold water no longer stays cold), and any factory defect. We replace the bottle free, ship a new one, and pay return shipping for the old one.
Cosmetic chips from drops, dents from impact, and lost lids. The steel under a chip is still fine and the bottle still works — we cover function, not aesthetic. Lost lids are $12 to replace.
Email hello@yourbusiness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 4 hours during business days, and a replacement ships the next morning at no charge. No registration form, no proof-of-purchase upload — your order email is all the documentation we need.
If your question isn't above, reach out — we have a five-person support team in Memphis and we don't outsource. Most replies come back within four business hours.
