Learn the shape of your own month

Together we chart your cycle the FAB way — basal temps, cervical fluid, mood, energy. Within three cycles you'll know your patterns better than any app does.

ii. Nourishment

Slow food, seasonal nervous system

Real food, warm food, food that matches the season your cycle's in. Plus herbs, teas, and the small daily rituals that down-regulate stress without willpower.

iii. Discernment

Sort the signal from the internet

You'll stop tracking forty-two metrics and start trusting four. We separate what's actually useful from what's loud.

Foundations: a three-month reset for your cycle.

The flagship 1:1 program. Twelve weeks of weekly calls, full cycle charting, a personalized seasonal-eating plan, herb protocols where appropriate, and unlimited Voxer between sessions.
