Our truck handles gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and pork in a small kitchen. We bake with wheat flour daily and cannot guarantee a fully GF environment, but we do offer a GF focaccia for any sandwich (+$2). Every sando can be made vegetarian on request — ask the window.
