What if I miss a pickup?
We hold your bag for 24 hours and try to reach you. After that, the sandwiches go to a local food-recovery partner. You won't be charged extra — but it's gone.
Can I switch pickup day month-to-month?
Yep. Update from your dashboard up to 48 hours before drop day. Heat preference and dietary flags can change anytime.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes — there's a "gift" toggle in checkout. Recipient gets an email with their first pickup details and a redeemable code.
Do members get catering discounts?
16-Pack members get one free 10-person catering drop included. Monthly and 4-Pack members get 10% off any catering order.
